6-10. The phrase (Thy Kingdom come) is a reference to the spiritual kingdom of God, not to freedom of Israel’s dominion of Rome. The Kingdom of God was announced in the covenant with Abraham (Matt. 8:11), is present in the reign of Christ in the hearts of believers (Luke 17:21) and will be fully established when all evil is destroyed and God appoint a new heaven and a new earth (Rev. 21:1)

6-10. (PA). When we pray (Thy will be done), we are not surrendering to fate but praying for the perfect purpose of God is fulfilled in this world and the next.
